Director Aglink-CMS (since 2010) an agency and advisory business servicing a $33 million between trade, processor clients and growers.

Justen is a senior merchant with well over a decade experience in physical grain acquisitions as well as risk management strategic planning. and logistics and supply chain management clients.

Justen is the product of a fourth generation farming and grazier family with a strong community involvement and an instinctive appreciation of rural affairs and agricultural management. He has almost 20 years trading and management experience in the domestic agricultural commodities markets including beef, grains, oilseeds and cotton including Australia′s largest bulk handling and trading companies and the world′s largest agri-food companies.
